CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 2 Days Before: Appointments canceled or rescheduled more than 2 days in advance will not be charged.

  • 1 Day Before: Appointments canceled or rescheduled the day before the scheduled service will incur a charge that is equal to 25% of the scheduled service.

  • Same Day: Appointments canceled or rescheduled the same day as the scheduled service will incur a charge that is equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

  • No Show: Any no call, no show will be charged the complete service charge or 100% of the scheduled appointment price.

Please note: Community acupuncture and Reception are located on the main level of the building, while private appointments and infrared saunas are on the second floor of the building. There is no elevator. Notice of HIPAA Compliance
