CANCELLATION POLICY

NE Wellness makes every attempt to make collaborative health care, Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine accessible for all and at the most affordable rates. Out of respect for fellow community members and our practitioners, we ask for advance notice when rescheduling or cancelling an appointment.

All appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled with less than 24-hour advance notice will be charged a fee equal the full appointment value. If appointments have been purchased as part of a package or membership, the missed, cancelled, or rescheduled appointment will be deducted from the number of remaining appointments.

For all Infrared Sauna appointments, we require a 6-hour cancellation notice, a cancellation fee of $5.00 will be charged to the credit card on file. Missed appointments will be charged a fee equal the full appointment value or, if purchased as part of a package or membership, will be deducted from the number of remaining appointments. 

Kindly take note of the following details: The main level hosts all services except Float Therapy, which is situated in the lower level of our newly constructed building. Handicap accessibility is available for all services on the main level; however, please be aware that there is no elevator access for Float Therapy in the lower level.
