Since infrared is produced by the human body, infrared is a natural and safe way to heal the body. Using infrared in specific wavelengths gives us the power to heal the entire body.

At NE Wellness, we have two Clearlight Full Spectrum Infrared Saunas available for use every day of the week. These saunas make use of both the visible and invisible aspects of sunlight to warm your body to the core.

What Should I Bring?

• Two or more bath/beach towels, we request that you sit on a towel during your session

• Bottle of water or water bottle

• Optional Towel Service is $2 for 2 Towels

What to Expect:

• Private Sauna Room

• The first session will be 30 minutes long and 30- 40 minutes thereon after, with as many breaks as you need

• One-on-one introduction on how the sauna works

• You may bring Friends into your private sauna for $10

• HEPA and UV Filtration in each Sauna

• Add red light to your sauna session to optimize your session
