We heavily encourage an infrared sauna session beforehand to decrease viscosity of your blood and increase the uptake of nutrients into your tissues. Breath-work during your Sound Bed session is a must to maximize your oxygen in your tissues and get the most out of your session. Welcome to the next level of healing!
