Shavonda

Shavonda graduated from the Minnesota School of Business in 2008 as a Certified Massage Therapist. Her interest in massage began at a young age, giving massages to her mother and grandmother and discovering firsthand how therapeutic touch can positively impact overall health and well-being.

Shavonda specializes in stress reduction, chronic pain relief, and relaxation. Her training includes Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone Massage, cupping, hot towel compressions, and stretching techniques. She tailors each session to the individual needs of her clients, creating a personalized and relaxing experience. Her goal is to help clients feel their best by promoting overall wellness, self-care, and lasting relief from tension and discomfort.
