Shavonda went to Minnesota School of Business and graduated in 2008 as a Certified Massage Therapist. She became interested in massage when she was a child. She would give her mother and grandmother massages and remembers learning how touch can have an impact on one's health.

Shavonda's experience focuses on stress reduction, chronic pain relief and relaxation. Her modalities includes Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone Massage and cupping, hot towel compression and stretching techniques. She tailors every massage to the individual clients needs ensuring a relaxing experience. Her goal is to provide a comfortable session helping clients feel their best, promotion overall well being and self care.
