What Should I Bring?

  • Two bath or beach towels, we request that you sit on a towel during your session

  • Bottle of water or water bottle

  • Optional Towel Service is $4 (2 Large towels and a hand towel)

What to Expect:

  • Private Sauna Room

  • The first session will be 30 minutes long and 30- 40 minutes thereon after, with as many breaks as you need

  • One-on-one introduction on how the sauna works

  • You may bring Friends into your private sauna for $10

  • HEPA and UV Filtration in each Sauna

  • Add red light to your sauna session to optimize your session
