Join us to learn and lean into building self-care practices to support well-being! This class includes activities like journaling techniques, guided meditation, community singing, practices in vulnerability and sharing, art prompts, and bringing more awareness to our self-talk so that we can create positive affirmations for ourselves. We will learn about how the seeds of self-love begin as well as how to continue watering them along the way. This is an hour-long session. For the first class, please be prepared with a journal, colored pencils or markers, and a cozy blanket!
